Steven Susser -- Partner
E-mail: susser@youngpc.com
Steven Susser prides himself on identifying his client's goals and finding the most effective way to obtain them. His style is aggressive, but professional. He believes that it is better to seize the initiative than to wait for his opponent's move. This often means being the first to file a complaint and take key depositions.
Mr. Susser has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and has tried numerous jury cases throughout the United States. His experience includes complex contract, patent infringement, malpractice defense, trade secret, shareholder disputes, and health care matters. Mr. Susser is licensed in both Michigan and New York.
In 2010, Mr. Susser was selected by a national publication, Benchmark Litigation--The Definitive Guide to America's Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys, as a "Future Star" of business litigation in Michigan. From 2007 through 2009, Steven Susser has been selected by "Michigan Super Lawyers," a publication that lists lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Martindale Hubbell, an attorney rating agency, has awarded him the top ranking of "AV."
