Jason D. Killips has been a member of the Young & Susser team since August 2006. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate with Howard & Howard in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, general commercial litigation, and appellate practice.
Mr. Killips received his undergraduate degree (cum laude) in aerospace engineering from the University of Michigan's College of Engineering in 2000. While there, Mr. Killips was a Shipman Scholar. Mr. Killips received his juris doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 2004.
Mr. Killips is licensed to practice in the state of Michigan, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
