The firm was founded in 1991 by Rodger Young, who previously was a partner at one of Detroit's largest law firms. Nationally recognized as a successful business trial lawyer, Mr. Young has amassed an impressive verdict record of 42-3 in federal and state courts. Seeking to eschew the bureaucracy and overhead associated with larger firms, he set out to create a smaller, more agile firm and has for over a decade built a team with that vision in mind.
